Deleting People in Bulk

You can delete multiple people at once from the People page using the bulk delete feature. This is useful when you need to remove several people quickly, such as after a reorganization or when cleaning up old records.

Selecting People to Delete

  1. Log in to the app manager.
  2. On the menu on the left, under Union-Wide Resources, click People.
  3. Each person in the list has a checkbox on the left side. Click the checkbox next to each person you want to delete. You can also click the Select all checkbox at the top to select everyone on the current page.

Deleting the Selected People

When you check one or more people, a toolbar will appear showing how many are selected and a red Delete Selected button.

  1. Click the Delete Selected button.
  2. A confirmation dialog will appear asking: “Are you sure you want to delete N people? This cannot be undone.” Click OK to confirm or Cancel to go back.
  3. The selected people will be removed and a green confirmation message will appear showing how many were deleted.

Things to Know

  • This action cannot be undone. Once you confirm the deletion, the people are permanently removed.
  • Select all only selects people on the current page. If your people list spans multiple pages, you will need to delete page by page.
  • If you delete everyone on the current page, the page will automatically reload to show the next page of results.
